— Friday Harbor Town Council, noon, Town Hall Council Chambers. Interviews of candidates for vacant Town Council position. Public hearing on amendments to the adopted 2008 Town Budget. Ordinance amending the adopted 2008 Town Budget. Council discussion of the 2008 Water, Sewer and Stormwater Utility Rate Study.

— Friday Harbor Town Council, 5:30 p.m., Town Hall Council Chambers. Presentation by Charles Anderson regarding the San Juan Island Integrated Medical Center proposal. Resolution authorizing the mayor to execute an agreement with the Senior Services Council regarding emergency generator maintenance services. Public hearing to consider the Six-Year Transportation Improvement Plan. Resolution adopting the Six-Year Transportation Improvement Plan for the years 2009-14. Council discussion of the annexation process. Ordinance establishing the date, time and place for a meeting of the Friday Harbor Town Council, to take place at a location other than that specified by Ordinance No. 1135. Discussion of the following items from previous meeting as time allows: Nash Street closure, designation of dedicated taxi parking areas, future agenda items.
