At A Glance

– 5K Run, 8 a.m., Best Western Friday Harbor. $10 adults, $5 children.

– Fourth of July Parade, 10:30 a.m., Spring Street.

– Pig War Picnic, following the parade, San Juan Historical Museum.

– Roche Harbor Events begin at 9 a.m., and include a Fun Run at 9 a.m., kids games at 10 a.m., donut eating contest at 1:30 p.m., blindfolded dinghy race at 3:30 p.m., and log rolling contest at 4 p.m.

– Rock the Dock street dance, 6 p.m., Port of Friday Harbor.

– Fireworks show, dusk, Friday Harbor waterfront, and at Roche Harbor.
