150 attend Miner memorial

Her late husband, Ross Miner, was a decorated Marine colonel and veteran of three wars. Brian Brown of the San Juan Lions Club led the program, which followed the early morning scattering of her ashes at the beach on Andrews Bay, where she and her husband lived for nearly three decades.
