Gateway Terminal fans tout benefits; critics concerned with costs

Evan Marczynski of the Bellingham Business Journal, a sister paper of the Journal, filed this article Dec. 3 regarding a tug-of-war over benefits and costs of the controversial Gateway Terminal Project.
