An 87-year-old woman has been located after she went missing from a Friday Harbor assisted living facility sometime Tuesday night.
Longtime islander Bonita "Bonnie" Blaisdell, who reportedly suffers from dementia, was found in the area of Islanders Bank, 225 Blair Ave., late Wednesday morning. She is reportedly "fine" in spite of her absence overnight from the assisted living center, according to Undersheriff Jon Zerby.
Sheriff's deputies and emergency responders began searching for Blaisdell Wednesday, at about 7:30 a.m., after she was reported missing from Village at the Harbour.
