The DAR “Good Citizens” program and scholarship contest encourages and rewards qualities of good citizenship. The program is open to all high school seniors. The student selected as the school’s DAR Good Citizen must have the qualities of dependability, service, leadership and patriotism to an outstanding degree.

However, because the chemical changes occurred over many centuries, the ancestors of today’s sea creatures were able to adapt. The present rapid chemical changes may not allow marine organisms to develop survival strategies.

According to court documents, Mobley and the two men, both of whom are from off-island, “smoked drugs” on the night of Feb. 14 and he then accused each of them throughout the night of having separate affairs with two women that he was dating. When one of the women got into a car with the two men, Mobley then pursued them in his vehicle and slammed into their car several times.
