Findlay Maric Smith was born May 17, 11:15 p.m. in the Greenbank Birth Center, Whidbey Island. He weighed 6 pounds 15 ounces and measured 19 inches.

Findlay is the son of Devin and Amanda Smith of Friday Harbor.

Celebrating his arrival are grandparents Marjorie and Allan Smith of San Juan Island, Gretchen Thiel and Tom Thompson of Ashland, Ore., and Eric Setterberg and Laurel Vukovic of Ashland, Ore; and great-grandmother Marilyn Smith of Port St. Lucie, Fla.

Also celebrating Findlay’s arrival are uncle Ryan Smith, aunt Alexis Reifenstuhl, and cousin Luma Smith of San Juan Island, aunt Diana ScottSmith of The Netherlands, and aunt and uncle Dawn and Theo Thompson of Portland, Ore.
