Arriana Eva-Mae O'Brien was born May 15, 11:02 a.m., in Island Hospital's birthing center, Anacortes.

It was reportedly one of the quickest labor and deliveries on record at the hospital; Arriana was apparently anxious to join her sailing and video-producer parents, Lisa and Darren O'Brien of Friday Harbor. She gets to go on her first sail this month, her dad said.

Arriana weighed 7 pounds 8.4 ounces and measured 19.5 inches. She is her dad's first child and her mother's fourth.

She is the sister of Nina Mollica, 24; Toni Mollica, 20; and Alisha Mollica, 17, a junior at Friday Harbor High School. Arriana has a niece, Autiana White, 3; and a nephew, Gavin White, 1.

Arriana's paternal grandparents are Dick O'Brien of Tacoma; and Frankie Dahl of Bend, Ore., and Loreto, Mexico. Her maternal grandparents are Jerry and Sheila Miller of North Bend, Wash., and Dick Doman of Pueblo, Colo.

Arriana is the great-granddaughter of Dottie Hayes, of Hammond, Wis.
