San Juan Singers return to San Juan Community Theatre with lively Spring concert: One World – One Beat!

San Juan Singers celebrates music with a beat in their spring concert at San Juan Community Theatre. Enjoy music you can tap to, clap to, and sing with joy! Selections include songs from the American 60s and 70s rock and folk scene, traditional west African songs, and a contemporary Australian choral piece. Joining the San Juan Singers will be Sabu, a seven-member drum ensemble based in Friday Harbor, local three-piece band earthpeace, and Nels Magelessen, a didgeridoo player from Orcas Island, who is featured in an original composition by Bronwyn Edwards Cryer. This concert will be a musical party you won’t want to miss. Performances are Friday and Saturday, March 31st and April 1st at 7:30 pm.
