Mark and Cynthia Dearfield will present the next Know Your Islands talk at 7 p.m., Monday, Jan. 7 at the San Juan Island Library.

The Dearfields will talk about their 105-mile journey on one of Europe’s premier hiking trails, circumnavigating the highest mountain in Europe, Mont Blanc, while crossing three culturally distinct countries.

The event is free and refreshments will be available courtesy of the Friends of the Library and the San Juan Island Trails Committee.
