The next Know Your Island Walk is from 1-4 p.m., Saturday, July 28. Mike Buettell, a volunteer trail builder, will lead attendees on a hike in the Roche Harbor Highlands and around Briggs Lake. The distance is 3.5 miles and the terrain is gentle, with wide trails. Dogs on leashes are welcome. Meet at the parking area at the intersection of Roche Harbor and West Valley Roads.
