The next Know Your Island Walk is from 1-4 p.m., Saturday, April 28, at Lime Kiln Point State Park. Erin Corra with Friends of Lime Kiln Society will lead participants on a tour of the lighthouse, as well as a hike around Lime Kiln Point State Park and Lime Kiln Preserve. Corra will tell attendees about the work the volunteers are doing in the park. Then up the hill participants will go to explore a new section of trail. Terrain is moderate, distance is 3 miles and dogs on leashes are welcome. Meet at the Lime Kiln visitors center. Remember to bring your Discover Pass.
