Want to volunteer? April is National Volunteer Month! The SJI Farmers Market is looking for volunteers this year. Specifically to:

1.) Deliver donated produce to the Food Bank at 1 p.m on Saturdays.

2.) Run the “Veggie Valet” booth, which allows customers to drop off their purchases and either continue shopping or grab their car for curbside pickup.

3.) Run the NEW EBT (food stamps) machine during farmers market hours.

4.) Compile stock photography and content for the farmers market new website. Graphic design, website design, T-shirt design, and photography/video help is always needed!

5.) Help with special events, weekly trash pickup at Brickworks and/or fundraising efforts.

Please contact the market manager, Elena Porten at sjifarmersmarket@gmail.com or fill out the volunteer sign-up form online if you are interested in being a part of the SJI Farmers Market Volunteer Team.
