The classic Cinderella story that we all know and love has been re-written for a modern audience and is being performed at San Juan Community Theatre from May 13-29. If you missed opening weekend of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella at SJCT, don’t fret! There are eight more chances to catch this charming fairytale directed by Brandon Cadwell.

Shows on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturday are at 7:30 p.m. Sunday matinees are at 2 p.m. Thursday night shows are Pay-What-You-Can upon entry and Sunday shows are socially distanced with masking required. Tickets are $25 for adults, $15 for students, and $5 student rush.

This is a production you don’t want to miss – with unforgettable songs including:In My Own Little Corner, Impossible, Ten Minutes Ago, and the hilarious Stepsister’s Lament. Pair this delightful score with an updated script focusing not on Cinderella’s beauty but her character, and this is a fairytale worth re-telling.
