Bands, kids, dogs, tractors, candidates, pirates and more made a super great [July 4] parade that was a huge win for the Town of Friday Harbor. It was a win for the island visitors who witnessed the joy, spirit and pride our island demonstrates; and it was a win for every local who stood tall when the flag passed by, and reflected on how fortunate we are to live in this magnificent community.
