San Juan Community Theatre’s Susan Williams directs a cast of two dozen local actors in the Theatre’s upcoming production of “The Crucible”, beginning Oct. 4.

Penned in 1953 by American playwright Arthur Miller, The Crucible is considered an American classic, a dramatic retelling of the 17th century Salem witch trials, written by Miller and first performed against the backdrop of the era of McCarthyism.
