Friday Harbor’s Borrero visited the Occupy Wall Street movement in September and returned a few weeks later — with a guitar in his hand.

Amidst the sky scrapers and men and women walking  the streets with banners and signs — Borreo  plays his music. He has spend the last few months in New York City making a music video to an original work “Rise Up.”

Check out the Journal later this week to read more about Borrero including what inspires him and why he thinks art can propel social change.
