Elephant Revival returns
July 12, 2011 · Updated 12:30 PM
Lime Kiln State Park is getting creative with their fundraising efforts by hosting a concert by Elephant Revival.
Elephant Revival, shown right, is a neo-acoustic transcendental folk quintet from Nederland, Colo. In one show, the quintet can be heard delving into original folk pieces mixed with traditional style ballads, Scottish and Celtic fiddle tunes, psychedelic country and other styles.
Proceeds benefit the education and interpretive programs at Lime Kiln. The concert doors open at 6 p.m. and music begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19 at 20 Crow Valley Lane.
Tickets are $15 in advance for www.elephantrevival.com. Tickets at the door are $20. Kids under 10 are free.
