Meet Bryn Barnard at the library May 27

Meet Bryn Barnard, author and illustrator of the new book, “The Genius of Islam: How Muslims Made the Modern World” at the library this month.  On Friday, May 13 and 20 at 7:00 p.m., Brarnard discusses his book “The Genius of Islam” and on Friday, May 27 at 7:00 p.m. he discusses “Outbreak: Plagues that Changed History.”

Barnard has worked as an illustrator for 20 years with a list of clients including the National Geographic Society, NASA, Time, Disney Entertainment, and Scientific American. He also works as a teacher and as a public artist.
