The San Juan Island Trails Committee is seeking volunteers and nominations for its steering committee for a one-year period starting

Oct. 1.

The positions to be filled are chairman, vice-chairman, treasurer, secretary, and an at-large position.

If you would like to volunteer or nominate someone else for one of these positions, attend the next monthly meeting at 5 p.m. on July 14, in the community meeting room at Whidbey Island Bank. If you wish to volunteer or nominate a candidate but are unable to attend the meeting, contact David Dehlendorf at dauffa@gmail.com, Louise Dustrude at gig@dustrude.com, or Alice Hurd at aliceh@rockisland.com.
