Jean Turner and Steve Schramm of Island Gardens Company will receive the Outstanding Achievement in Continuing Historic Preservation award for their restoration of the c1900 Smoots/Gerard House at 860 Guard St.

The town Historic Preservation Review Board will present the Partners in Preservation Award on May 20, 6 p.m., at 860 Guard St. The presentation and reception are open to the public. Call Sandy Strehlou, 378-2810, for more information.
