Learn the ancient art of print making. Island Rec is offering a linoleum block-print making workshop for teens and adults on Nov. 7, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Participants will learn how to design and carve linoleum blocks to create their own holiday cards and other bold decorative artwork. Once learned, this skill can be enjoyed for a lifetime. Cost is $35 per person.

Deadline to register is Oct. 30. For more information, call Rebecca Clarke at 378-4953 or stop by the Island Rec office.
