Lama visits here Oct. 16-18 for teachings in Tibetan Vajrayana Buddhism

Yeshe Wangmo has 31 years of experience studying, practicing, translating, and teaching Vajrayana. Her training began when she met the 16th Karmapa. She completed a traditional three-year retreat in 1985 and in 1992 was authorized as a teacher by Lama Tharchin Rinpoche. Her personal Web site is at www.yeshewangmo.net.

On Oct. 16, 7:30 p.m., she will teach “The Sacred Sites of the Female Buddha, Yeshe Tsogyal: Tibet Slide Show & Pilgrimage Travelogue.”

On Oct. 17, 1-5:30 p.m., she will teach “The Meaning of Purpose in Tibetan Vajrayana Buddhism: An exploration through teaching and personal shared reflections.”

On Oct. 18, she will be available for private consultations.

On Friday, the suggested donation is $10-15. On Saturday, the cost is $60, with limited financial assistance available upon request. Sunday is by donation.
