Timothy Marvin Parker of Friday Harbor, Wash., died Sunday, Dec. 28, 2008 at his home in Friday Harbor. He was 68.
He was born on July 29, 1940 in Knik, Alaska, the 11th child of 12 children to Thomas and Florette (Woods) McNiel.
Timothy is survived by his wife, Pamela Parker; five children, Rob Smith, Dawn Stoner, Kim Parker, Scott Parker and Steven Parker; two sisters, Ethelyn Williams of Orchards, Wash., MariAnn Jordan of Anchorage, Alaska; grandchildren, Whitney, McKenna, Benjamin, and T. Jack; and numerous nieces and nephews.
No services will be held and in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Arrangements are in the care of Evans Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Anacortes and the San Juan Islands.
