Fincher elected chairman of San Juan Island Prevention Coalition
Brad Fincher was elected chairman of the San Juan Island Prevention Coalition Dec. 19.
Fincher is probation officer at the San Juan County Courthouse. He is also a member of the San Juan County Fair Board.
