Confirm-ation of Historic Preservation Review Board nominees. Resolution authorizing the mayor to execute a purchase agreement to provide liquid propane gas. Resolution authorizing the mayor to execute a purchase agreement to provide motor fuels. Resolution authorizing the mayor to execute Change Order No. 1 on the contract with JS & S Excavation, Inc. for the Guard Street Improvement Project Phase 4.

Agenda includes: Presentation by Sandy Montana requesting short-term vehicle parking on Harrison Street in front of the Churchill Square building. Ordinance prohibiting all unlicensed fireworks. Resolution authorizing the mayor to execute an interlocal agreement with San Juan County for management of the unincorporated Urban Growth Area located adjacent to the Town of Friday Harbor.
