See, Clark earn Dist. 3 top awards

Harry See and Ken Clark earned top honors at San Juan Island Fire Department’s annual award banquet, Feb. 2. See was named 2012 Firefighter of the Year and Clark, Officer of the Year. Mark Wagner received Rookie of the Year honors, and Sheila Harley Support Volunteer of the Year.
