The Whale Museum’s 4th annual end-of-the-year fundraiser, “Black & White Night” dinner, is Nov. 5.

Seating is limited, reservations can be made either in person at The Whale Museum or by calling 378-4710, ext. 30.

The event features dinner prepared by Chef Kyle Nicholson of Friday Harbor House and The Bluff restaurant, and Bluff sous chef Aaron Rock.

The event begins at 5:30 p.m. with a reception at the Bluff, followed by dinner in the San Juan Room. It concludes with a dessert celebration in The Whale Museum Gallery.

Attendees, encouraged to wear black and white in recognition of the orcas, will each receive an autograph memo recipe booklet. Tickets are $80 per person, or $150 per couple.

Proceeds from the fundraiser, sponsored by Islanders Bank and Islanders Insurance, benefit the museum’s research and education programs.
