Garden Club benefit: bulbs for sale

Don’t miss your chance to join in San Juan Island Garden Club's fall fundraiser, unofficially known as “Bulbs Our Us”. It’s under way.

When your bulbs arrive, plant them into the ground without haste for a nice surprise this coming spring. If you are not into bulbs, perhaps you know someone that is and who would enjoy a surprise both in the mail and come springtime.

Proceeds from the bulb sale help to fund SJI Garden Club programs; guest speakers, the flower hall exhibit at the county Fair, publication of the “hard copy” of the Fair Premium Book, and financial support for the hanging flower baskets in downtown Friday Harbor.
