Inquiring Minds presents “Alien Invaders: Sci-Fi Movies & Cold War Culture of the 1950s” at the Library on Saturday, May 14, 7 p.m.

Seattle-based film critic Robert Horton examines political and social anxieties from alien-invasion scenarios of 1950s science fiction films. He discusses movies providing angles on Atomic Age concerns.
