Jimmie Lawson and Donny Galt, shown left, are both local business owners that know how to work and live in the San Juan Islands.

They realized how valuable they would be as partners. With Jimmie’s 30-plus years in the HVAC, heating and cooling business (Jim’s Heating) and Donny’s 30-plus years in a variety of entrepreneurial ventures (San Juan Storage, Ace Hardware, Northwest Property Inspections), they started building their plan.

Jimmie and Donny have taken their business knowledge, dedication, experience and accomplishments and built a new company, which provides Islanders another choice to living sustainably in the San Juans and a company that supports local jobs, is environmentally friendly and gives back to its community.
