If you’ve got a soft spot for Detroit metal and muscles cars, here’s an event that you won’t want to miss.

CarQuest will celebrate 20 years of business on San Juan Island June 26 — Saturday — with a blend of music, muscle cars and a whole lot more.

The Friday Harbor-based automotive repair shop and parts dealer is offering 20 percent off all merchandise as part of its 20th anniversary celebration, which begins at 10 a.m.

An assortment of refreshments will be available, including hot dogs and hamburgers, while classic hits of the 1950s and ’60s will be featured during the five-hour party in the parking lot. The event’s main attraction, however, will be an assembly of as many as 20 different muscle cars in the CarQuest parking lot, 370 Spring St.
