The San Juan Island Chamber of Commerce is hosting a business group discussion on upcoming revisions to the San Juan County Solid and Hazardous Waste Management plans.

The discussion is Wednesday, 8:30-10:30 a.m., in the San Juan Island Library Community Room.

Participants will discuss:

— Which elements are most important to this group?

— What’s working? What isn’t working? What type of services do you want to see in the future?

“Community discussions are basic to the development of a locally appropriate revised solid and hazardous waste management plan,” Chamber Executive Director Vernadel Peterson said in a press release.
