Murray's Web site offers links to economic resources

Sen. Patty Murray, D-Wash., has launched an online “Economic Resource Center” that provides links to federal and state economic services, as well as economy-related information and updates.

The Web site address is www.murray.senate.gov/economyhelp.

Among the many services that can be directly accessed from the site:

— Applying for Unemployment Insurance.
— Applying for food stamps.
— Applying for assistance weatherizing your home.
— Finding in-demand jobs in your area.
— Locating job-training facilities.
— Applying for mortgage assistance programs.
